Justin Bieber The Canadian artist I chose was Justin Bieber. He grew up in Stratford, Ontario and became a famous singer and songwriter in 2008 when he was discovered by a talent manager and he signed to RBMG. Justin released his first album in 2009. I chose Justin Bieber because he is very famous and well know.
